About the Workshop

Across the weekend, you’ll explore how nutrition and lifestyle influence the gut–brain connection and support emotional wellbeing through neural, hormonal, and immune pathways—across all stages of a woman’s life.

This is more than learning—it’s an embodied experience. Enjoy gut-supportive meals, daily yoga and meditation, time in nature, and creative workshops for reflection and connection.

Set in a supportive community of women, the retreat offers space to slow down, rest, and integrate new knowledge. You’ll leave with practical, science-backed strategies to support your mood, brain health, and emotional wellbeing—no prior experience needed, just curiosity and a readiness to nurture yourself.

Liila (Lee) Hass

Liila is a licensed Naturopath and Nutritionist, a Mental Health Practitioner in both the US and Australia, and a practicing Yoga Therapist. With two Master’s Degrees and extensive international training in yoga, meditation and wellness, she has led courses and retreats across Europe, North and Central America, Australia, the Philippines and East Africa.

 Liila’s clinical focus is on women’s health across the life cycle, including gut health, the gut-brain connection, hormonal balance, and mood support. She blends evidence-based nutrition, yoga therapy, and mindfulness practices to help women enhance their mental and emotional wellbeing. In addition to her private practice, Liila educates and inspires through workshops, retreats and online training, sharing practical tools for nourishing the body, calming the mind and improving overall quality of life.

Price

Your retreat pass includes six gorgeous vegan meals, three+ yoga classes, meditation sessions & optional one-on-one instruction, leading edge workshops by an international faculty, and comfortable, cozy accommodation.

Partial scholarships are available; to secure a pass at a discounted rate, please contact us.

Prices:

Solo accommodation with ensuite (limited to two):

$850 per person; $700 concession (students, part-time work / unemployed, etc.).

Solo accommodation, shared bathroom:

$750 per person; $600 concession (students, part-time work / unemployed, etc.)

Shared accommodation (you can request to stay with a friend or family member):

$650 per person; $500 concession (students, part-time work or unemployed, etc.)

Camping:

$500 pp

Commuting (no overnight accommodation):

$400 pp


Airport transport and flights are not included.

Refund Policy
Refunds of 50% are available up to two weeks prior to the retreat start date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered within two weeks of the retreat. If you are unable to attend, your pass may be transferred to a future Oneness retreat (in Virginia or at any of our other locations), or gifted or transferred to a friend or acquaintance.
