Helen Kwiecien

Yoga Instructor

Helen began practicing yoga as a 12-year-old in the United Kingdom and continued throughout her teen years. Her interest deepened when living in Melbourne in 2015 during classes with Kathy Peterson that incorporated pranayama and yin yoga. In 2020, Helen moved to Tasmania and continued her yoga journey, completing a 200-hour teacher training and founding Bee Breath Yoga during 2021, and running her first retreat in 2024.

Helen is committed to delivering inclusive community yoga classes for all bodies, teaching in a way that fosters understanding, self-compassion, curiosity and playfulness. Most of all, she wants everyone to feel there’s a place for them, exactly as they are.

Rowiina Howard

Administration Assistant

Rowiina works as the Oneness Wellbeing administrative assistant, managing a number of important behind-the-scenes tasks.  Like several others on the team, she is a long-term practitioner of yoga and meditation and finds that this has helped inform daily choices and actions over the years.

She is currently studying honours in fine arts, developing a creative practice based around plant dyes on fabric, which are used to make soft sculptural installations. This practice is strongly influenced by her reverence for the natural world. She happily calls lutruwita/Tasmania home.
