Naturopathy is an holistic, non-invasive approach to health and wellbeing

Naturopaths aim to educate and empower individuals to drive their own health and recovery

We encourage the use of plant-based medicine, healthy lifestyle suggestions, the use of comprehensive diagnostic tools and embracing the body’s natural healing power for rapid and comprehensive results.

Naturopathy is also for those wishing to minimise the side-effects of conventional medicine, wishing to feel empowered in their own  health journey and seeking to identify and address the underlying causes of their health conditions.

  • I’ve been working with Liila for preconception care. I feel listened to, nurtured and more empowered to advocate for my own body and health, which is so important on a fertility journey. Liila takes the time to investigate all areas of your lifestyle and health. She explains the purpose of each test, the results and actions to make improvements going forward. I have learnt so much about my menstrual cycle and Liila has provided me with many natural tools to know exactly where I am tracking during my cycle. You can feel Liila’s passion and genuine care about improving your overall health from a holistic approach. I am grateful for all the wisdom and healing she has provided me over the years, as well as her continual guidance, love and support.

  • My husband Rśi and I have been vegetarian for more than a decade, we had prenatal counselling with Liila when my age was close to 40. She requested that we do investigative tests and based on the results we were able to learn about the best prenatal herbal care before getting pregnant. After four months of sentient natural prenatal herbal/vitamin care, I got pregnant smoothly and my blood test showed the baby and I are in great condition. Liila is a great supporter, I highly recommend meeting her either virtual or in person!

  • I have found Liila to be a highly skilled practitioner of both natural medicine and herbal remedies. She is also skilled and trained in Yoga, Meditation and Counselling. Along with her tremendous experience in all these modalities, she provides a thorough and holistic service. Liila has helped me negotiate the transition through perimenopause using natural remedies, yoga postures and meditation. She has also treated my teenage daughter with a chronic acne condition by offering dietary advice along with natural medicine. The treatment Liila has offered both Mia and me has provided wonderful relief from our symptoms and in turn a solid foundation to our health.

About Naturopaths

Naturopaths are trained in herbal and nutritional medicine, diet, lifestyle, bio-chemistry and modalities such as homeopathy, iridology, hair mineral analysis and natural energy medicine.

Naturopaths can work with doctors to fine-tune the diagnosis of their clients, however, unlike medical doctors, once the diagnosis is fully ascertained, naturopaths offer natural and complementary medicine as the treatment of choice.

Some clients will continue to take medicines prescribed by their doctors while on a regime of complementary medicine.
