Oneness Wellbeing, in cooperation with Martha's Vineyard Retreats, presents “An Embodied Approach to Emotional Regulation: Understanding the role of cakras and glands in human behaviour.”

Using ancient techniques to help with modern mental health epidemics, this workshop will benefit Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Counselors, Social Workers, Licensed/Pre-licensed Behavioral Health Professionals, laypeople, yoga enthusiasts and the curious. Set in the natural beauty of Stillpoint in picturesque West Tisbury, Massachusetts, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to deepen our understanding of East meets West in mental health and wellbeing.

Hosted by our international faculty of wellness-industry leaders Dada Shamitananda, a yogic monk from India, and Liila “Lee” Hass, licensed Mental Health practitioner and RYT 3000, this weekend workshop explores emotional regulation through the lens of yoga psychology, contemporary neuroscience, and somatic psychology. Participants examine the symbolic cakra system as a functional model that parallels physiological and emotional regulation, while learning how embodied practices such as posture, breath-work, meditation, and guided relaxation can influence hormonal status and support self-regulation.

Find peace amidst the stunning Massachusetts coastline, refresh your self-care routine, and reconnect with your essence.

Bring a friend, family member, or come on your own, for an informative and fun weekend of meditation, transformative workshops, yoga sessions with experienced teachers, mantra music, beach walks, gourmet vegan food and more.
